Dr. Aaron Zadek is a licenced Naturopathic Doctor and Certified Sport Nutritionist through the International Society of Sports Nutrition. Dr. Zadek graduated McMaster University with a bachelor of science and received his Naturopathic Medical degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. While at CCNM he treated patients on the Sports medicine rotation and completed his other clinical rotations at Brampton Civic Hospital and the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic.

Dr. Zadek has 10 years of emergency medicine experience as onsite emergency manager for professional, varsity and minor league sports including football, hockey, rugby, mixed martial arts, and boxing. In this position Dr. Zadek was responsible for proper injury assessment, treatment and facilitated emergency referral and safe return to play protocols.  Aaron is a first aid instructor for the Lifesaving Society and has certified hundreds of first aid providers across Ontario, emphasizing the importance of proper recognition and quick response.

Dr. Zadek currently practices in Toronto at Upper Beach Health and Wellness. His practice focus is on clinical nutrition, sport performance, injury rehabilitation, weight management, concussion assessment and therapy. He also travels with high performance athletes managing their nutritional and physical medicine needs.
